Targus Recalls Half a Million Laptop Power Adapters PDF Print E-mail
We all know that there are so many devices in the market that are a fire hazard. For example, I’m sure that you must have heard of countless of exploding mobile phones, or perhaps exploding laptops. Generally, Targus has issued a directive to their consumers that they will be recalling half a million of their power adapters as these adapters pose as a fire hazard.

Basically, these power adapters were produced by Comarco Inc, whereby the adapters overheat and post as a burn hazard for anyone who tries to unplug it. Basically, the interchangeable tip is the primary cause for the heat problems, and as many as 518 reports have been issued with regards to the problem.

Well if you are using one of these Targus laptops, make sure you check out whether your laptop is a fire hazard.
