Well if you fancy ultra-thin speaker sets, I believe that the SP-FT1 and SP-FT2 might just be the speakers that you are searching for. These speakers come with an ultra-thin membrane, whereby the satellite speakers only measure 31mm thin.
On the other hand, the SP-FT1 can deliver 80W of output, and it can also support up to 4 different channels. And as for the formats, the SP-FT1 can play Dolby Digital, DTS and AAC formats.
Personally, I dislike ultra-thin speakers, as it lacks audio quality. But if you love the slim factor, the amp is available for purchase at ¥24,000 ($267) and ¥20,000 ($223) for the speakers.
