In fact, US-based consumers can now pre-order the machine, but surely, you’ll still have to wait for the official release of the rig into the market.
Basically, the small form factor can be considered as one of the fastest miniature PCs in the planet, whereby it will run on the latest six-core Core i7 980X Extreme Edition CPU, and you can even outfit it with either the NVIDIA Quadro or ATI FirePro professional graphics. On the other hand, the Shuttle Core i7-based J3 SFF PC also can support up to 16GB of RAM, and you can place 2 SATA hard drives inside as well. There are plenty of ports, an optional Blu-ray drive, and a 500-watt power supply unit inside.
