Samsung Opts for NVIDIA Tegra Chipset |

It seems that Samsung has opted for the NVIDIA Tegra chipset for their upcoming smartphones for the market. I believe that the Tegra chipset offers improved usability, due to the fact that the processor is indeed more powerful when compared to other alternatives in the market.
On the other hand, I believe that Samsung’s latest invention might include the AMOLED touchscreen as well as other TouchWiz widgets for you to use. But it is not sure whether the phone would be Android or Windows Mobile based.
Rumor has said that the phone might cost something as little as $199 for a GSM-based Tegra device?
