It seems that Nokia has filed a lawsuit against Apple, whereby the company claimed that Apple iPhone has apparently infringed ten of the patented designs, which generally relates to the GSM, UMTS, and WiFi designs.
According to Nokia, they mentioned that the patents have been licensed by 40 compnies, and with Apple’s refusal to agree on licensing terms, this somehow placed Apple in hot soup.
Personally, I’m thinking that Nokia is loosing their grounds for the mobile phone industry, and the best way to get ahead of your competition – is to simple sue them, agree?
