Starbucks took a huge beating this year whereby their profit took a huge dip and reflects grim prospects for next year.Starbucks’ profit dipped 97 percent, which is a shocking figure, due to poor performance in the UK. Weaker consumer’s spending in UK has affected Starbuck performance whereby consumers are cautious over their expenditure due to decreasing spending power. Internationally, Starbucks have slashed their plans to open 900 retail outlets to 700.
